Return Policy
Satisfaction is our guarantee. If for any reason our item arrives to you damaged, please contact us by e-mail at info@hydrantwear.com within 48 hrs and send the damaged product back. We will replace it once we receive the damaged item at no additional cost. All that we ask is that you return the product within 30 days of purchasing it. (This goes for refunds and exchanges) Anything after 30 days will not be accepted. We will refund your money (minus the shipping cost) to you as soon as we receive the merchandise. Please make sure the item is undamaged and unworn. If there is any speculation we will not refund your money. If you are exchanging the item please send us an explanation as to why you are exchanging it and what item you would like in its place. Please keep in mind if the item you are exchanging it for is more expensive, to figure out the difference and send us payment either by money order or Pay Pal (* remember to re-calculate shipping costs in your new payment).
Make sure to send us an e-mail at info@hydrantwear.com before you send the item(s) back. Briefly explaining your reason why you are returning/exchanging the item. Inside the return package include your name, phone number, e-mail address and a reason why you are returning the item. Make sure the item is undamaged and unworn; if there is any speculation, we will not refund your money. Once we receive the item, we will then process your refund (minus the shipping fees).

Exchange Policy
If you are exchanging the item, please note which shirt you would like and what color, size and style you want. If there are price differences make sure to include payment either through Pay Pal or money order ( U.S. and Canada Only). (*Be sure to tell us how you are making payment, so there is no confusion). To check to see how much you owe when exchanging an item for something else, add the shirt you want to the shopping cart and check the total prices there. Also, include for exchanges a check or money order for shipping and handling of $5.00 ( USA exchanges only) for one shirt and $1.50 for every additional shirt. (We must charge shipping and handling again because we get charged for re-sending an item to you.)

Ordering with Money Orders (UNITED STATES and CANADA ONLY)
We accept money orders for orders placed by mail from the United States and Canada ONLY. Unfortunately, we do not accept personal checks . If ordering internationally our only form of payment accepted is Credit Card.

Canadians - Please send money orders in U.S. dollars, or use the current currency conversion rate, a Canadian money order for the amount equivalent to the price in U.S. dollars.

Bulk Order Policy
Hydrantwear.com is the place to get your shirts in bulk. We offer various bulk discounts on both the costs of the shirts and the associated shipping. Bulk orders constitute orders that consist of 12 shirts or more. If you plan on making a bulk order we ask that you don't make any order online, but instead contact a Hydrantwear Representative info@hydrantwear.com to discuss prices/shipping/etc... because each style of shirt will vary in price.You may contact a Rep anytime info@hydrantwear.com.

Privacy Policy
Your privacy is very important to us. When you are asked to give personal information (name, address, e-mail address, phone number, etc.) do not fear that we will sell, distribute or release any of your personal information. That information is for our eyes only.

Hydrantwear.com does not support SPAM in any way. That's why we will NEVER send you any unsolicited e-mail.

We may from time to time post up surveys to measure your response to certain new additions to the website. As a rule, you are never forced to fill in these surveys. Furthermore, should you choose to fill in the surveys, you can choose to remain anonymous. That is our personal guarantee to you.

Shipping Policy
All orders placed in the 50 United States will be received between 7 to 10 days. We also, ship to Canada and other countries worldwide. (Please understand that it may take a few days longer to ship to these locations)
