What is normal turn around time?
We are a small firefighter owned business, and work a 24 hours on and 48 hours off. With that in mind please be patient with your orders. Normal turn out time is 2-3 weeks depending on the complexity and size of the order.
Why does it take so long?
I only put out quality products, and will not allow items to leave my shop if I would not wear them myself. Please remember we are not Amazon, and if you want quick, poorly done items please feel free to go elsewhere.
